It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year
Winter is in our rearview mirror and we’re ramping up for one of our favourite seasons that’s not on the calendar. AKA, Patio Season in Lethbridge.
Who else can’t read that without hearing the song? (Or seeing that old Staples commercial?)
But, we’re not talking about Christmas or back to school. Winter, and its white coat of snow (along with our cold-weather clothes), is in our rearview mirror and we’re ramping up for one of our favourite seasons that’s not on the calendar.
AKA, Patio Season.
That’s right, the ice rink is off Festival Square and we’re itching to get our tables out into the sunshine.
While we don’t have a specific date yet, the weather is lining up to make way for some amazing afternoon pints under a bright summer (well, spring) sun.
And, this may be a little biased, but we think our patio is the best in the city for spending late nights and long afternoons with friends. Don’t believe us?

You can’t beat the vibe
Our patio is literally inside Festival Square.
How can you beat that?
We’re in the heart of the downtown, with the most foot traffic and the greatest concentration of things to do. That means when you’re hanging out on the Telegraph patio, you have the best chance to:
- Run into old friends
- Meet new friends
- Check out cars and motorbikes that drive past, and enjoy some general people watching
Whether you’re alone, or with people, the downtown vibe is perfect.
It’s a BIG patio
We know size isn’t everything, but it sure helps when you’re trying to snag a table.
Because we have access to Festival Square, our patio is huge, so even on the sunniest, bustling-est (it’s a word now) Fridays and weekends, there’s space for you and your friends to hang out and enjoy some nachos and a cold beer (or a cider if that’s more your summer style).
The best events
From concerts on the stage to sporting extravaganzas, we go beyond seats in sunlight on our patio.
This year we’ve got plans already underway to have a variety of local singers grace our stage and keep the music coming. And, that’s just the beginning.
